Very poor service, very poor soundproofing, very close to the building next door, no privacy at all, too far from the city center. I recommend not choosing this hotel for travel or business. It is really the worst Hyatt hotel I have ever seen.

Andaz Vienna Belvedere Hotel was the best choice for our trip to Eastern Europe. The hotel itself is elegantly decorated and has excellent sanitary conditions. Several front desk staff were polite and patient in helping us buy city transportation tickets. The breakfast was also very good!

Very bad experience at this hotel. Will never stay here. Reception staff are very cold. The hotel room is directly facing railways and can hardly sleep over the night.

The room and shower room are of good size. There is no doorman or waiter to help with luggage. There is a menu on the table after you sit down in the restaurant, but the waiter will not tell you at all, making you think there is only a self-service area.
